Valorisation de l’Huile Essentielle de la Lavande Papillon comme Bioinsecticide

Abstract


Ce travail s’inscrit, dans le cadre de l’utilisation et la valorisation d’insecticides organiques et naturels, pour la défense et la protection de la production végétale contre les ravageurs. L’activité de l’huile essentielle (HE) de la lavande papillon (Lavandula stoechas L.) a été appréciée contre Aphis spiroecola du clémentinier et les larves de Tuta absoluta de la tomate par la technique de toxicité par contact. Une dose pure et trois concentrations d’HE ont été appliquées localement sur les feuilles infestées. La mortalité des bioagresseurs a été estimée après 1h, 6h, 12h, 24h et 48h. Le pourcentage de mortalité corrigé ainsi que les doses létales de 50% et 90% ont été calculés. L’essai bioinsecticide a montré que l’HE de Lavandula stoechas a un effet biocide sur les ravageurs étudiés, surtout lorsqu’elle est appliquée pure, provoquant un taux de mortalité de 100% après 48 heures d’exposition.
