Activité Antimicrobienne de l’Huile Essentielle du Cyprès Vert (Cupressus sempervirens L.)

Abstract


L’objectif de ce travail consiste á apporter une contribution à l’étude du pouvoir antimicrobien de l’huile essentielle du cyprès vert (Cupressus sempervirens L). La composition chimique de l’essence, déterminée par Chromatographie Gazeuse – Spectrométrie de Masse, a révélé la présence de 21 composés. Les composés majoritaires sont l’alpha-pinène (41,07%), le Delta-3-caréne (16,52%), le Terpinoléne (7.10%) et le Cedrol (5,05%). L’évaluation de l’activité antimicrobienne par la méthode de l’aromatogramme sur cinq souches microbiennes, dont deux souches bactériennes á Gram+ (Bacillus subtilis et Staphylococcus aureus), deux souches bactériennes á Gram- (Escherichia coli et Pseudomonas aeruginosa) et une levure (Candidas albicans).a révélé une sensibilité pour les quatre souches testées et une résistance pour (Pseudomonas aeruginosa).
