Teneurs en éléments majeurs et traces de spirulines (Arthrospira platensis) originaires de France, Madagascar, Inde, Costa Rica et Equateur

Abstract


Nous avons analysé six échantillons de spirulines commerciales. Les éléments majeurs ont été dosés par ICP-OES et les éléments traces par ICP-MS. Les concentrations en Fe, Mn, Mg, Ca, Na, K, P, Rb, Sr, Zn, éléments quantifiés dans tous les échantillons et en Si, Al, Ti, Ba, Cd, Ce, Co, Cr, Cu, Er, Hg, Ho, La, Lu, Mo, Nb, Nd, Ni, Pb, Pr, Sm, Sn, Ta, Th, U, V et Yb, quantifiés seulement dans certains échantillons, sont très variables. As, Ag, Be, Bi, Cs, Dy, Eu, Ga, Gd, Ge, Hf, In, Li, Sb, Tb, Tm, W, Y, Zr sont à des teneurs inférieures aux limites de détection. Une consommation usuelle de 5 g/j représente donc, selon l'élément et l'échantillon considéré, une proportion très variable de l'apport alimentaire moyen. Il n'y a cependant pas de risque de toxicité même avec une consommation de 10 g/j.
