Automatisation de la réception de cartons d’une machine MASTERFLEX-L au sein de l’entreprise General Emballage Spa (Akbou)

Abstract

'évolution technologique a permis à l'automatisation de ce déversifier dans différents domaines, et grâce a sa croissance, les nombreux problèmes liés à la production et au manque de sécurité sont aujourd'hui une histoire ancienne, mais face à un programme sur des cartes électroniques verrouillées, l'ingénieur ne peut malheureusement pas intervenir sans soliciter la société de fabrication. La problématique qui nous a été proposée au sein de l'entreprise General Emballage est de réaliser l'automatisation et la supervision de la réception Flexo (dispositif raccordé à la machine MASTERFLEX-L) avec un Automate Programmable Industriel (API). A cet effet, nous avons elaboré un programme à base d'un API S7-300 après avoir etabli le cahier des charges, et réalisé la simulation avec le logiciel Step7. Enfin, nous avons proposé une linterface de supervision IHM avec le logiciel WinCC flexible 2008. Technological development has allowed the automation of this overflow in different areas, and thanks to its growth, the many problems linked to the production and the lack of safety are today on old story. However, regarding the locked electronic card programs, the engineer unfortuntely can’t intervene without solicitating the manufacturing company. The problem that was proposed to us within the General Emballage company is to realize the automation and the supervision of the Flexo reception (a device connected to the MASTERFLEX-L machine) with a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). For this purpose, we have developed a program based on a S7-300 PLC after having drawn up the specifications, and carried out the simulation with the Step7 software.
