Abstract

Actuellement la prévision des défaillances de certains systèmes industriels est devenue primordial pour l’amélioration de la fiabilité et de la rentabilité de ces derniers. Cette prévision s’appuie essentiellement sur l’étude d’évolution du niveau de la dégradation du système. Dans ce mémoire, nous nous sommes intéressés à la modélisation d’un système soumis à une dégradation croissante monotone qui suit un processus Gamma. Nous avons déterminé les dates optimales d’inspection non périodique qui sont obtenues par la maximisation de la disponibilité stationnaire du système. Une étude de sensibilité est réalisée. Les résultats obtenus permettent de montrer l’impact de la variation des durés des actions de maintenance et d’inspection sur la dégradation du système. Currently, predicting the failures of certain industrial systems has become essential for improving the reliability and profitability of these systems. This forecast is based primarily on the study of the evolution of the level of degradation of the system. In this thesis, we are interested in the modeling of a system subjected to a monotonically increasing degradation which follows a Gamma process. We have determined the optimal non-periodic inspection dates that are achieved by maximizing the stationary availability of the system. A sensitivity study is carried out. The results obtained show the impact of varying the durations of maintenance and inspection actions on the degradation on the system.
