Un ensemble d’habitat intermédiaire écologique a Ighil

Abstract

L’Algérie, c’est retrouvée devant un énorme défi qui se résume à faire loger une masse populaire importante et satisfaire le plus grand nombre de demandes en matières logement. , dans ce contexte, de nombreux programmes de logements on été lancés sans tenir compte de l’exploitation des ressources renouvelables (eaux, soleil…..), ainsi que la préservation de l’environnement. Dans notre travail, nous avons essayé de traiter le sujet de l’habitat intermédiaire écologique, vu qu’il est très courant à l’échelle internationale vue ses avantages au niveau architectural qu’au niveau urbain. En Algérie, cette typologie n’est pas intégrée aux différentes formules de production de logement, cependant elle présente un faible pourcentage dans le parc de logement. L’objectif de ce travail est d’améliorer l’habitat semi collectif en Algérie et a Béjaia particulièrement par la conception d’un ensemble d’habitat intermédiaire dans un site urbain Ighil Ouazoug qui est basé sur des principes écologique. In this context, many housing programs have been launched without taking into account the exploitation of renewable resources (water, sun ...), as well as the preservation of the environment. In our work, we tried to treat the subject of the ecological intermediate habitat, considering that it is very current on the international scale seen its advantages at the architectural level that at the urban leveln Algeria, this typology is not integrated in the different formulas of housing production, however it presents a low percentage in the housing stock. The objective of this work is to improve the semi collective housing in Algeria and in Bejaia particularly by the design of a set of intermediate housing in an urban site Ighil Ouazoug which is based on ecological principles.
