Village touristique dans la ville. Un renouveau à Béjaia.

Abstract

En Algérie, la politique en matière de développement de l’activité touristique est restée en décalage par rapport aux pays voisins faute de négligence du domaine et d’une économie dépendante des revenue liés aux hydrocarbures. La recherche de solution pouvant consolider le tourisme et sa stratégie est un sujet crucial pour le développement du pays. Le développement du tourisme se concrétise notamment par la création d’infrastructures touristique apportant une atmosphère de détente et de loisir. La présente recherche est une étude axée sur la conception de projet urbain visant à démontrer, par un village touristique dans la ville de Bejaia au sein du site de « Thala n’Tziwin » pourra inciter à un développement touristique et un non dépaysement aux résidents du site. Notre défi sera donc d’adapter notre conception au contexte urbain à l’aide d’un concept de visée organique et ceci dans un but de présenter une nouvelle forme de village touristique, une forme unique, qui se distingue par son emplacement, sa symbolique et sa conception s’intégrant au site, tout en respectant obéissant à une hypothèse d’inspiration du village traditionnel Kabyle, en harmonie avec les traditions de ce dernier, en la retranscrivant dans la conception de notre projet. Cela peut représenter un atout dans la conservation et l’enracinement de l’ADN culturel local. La finalité de cette étude va nous orienter sur des conclusions et des recommandations pour reconsidérer notre position théorique et pratique tenant en compte les enjeux de la modernité et l’intégrer à notre conception d’un tourisme qui se mêle au patrimoine dans des enjeux socioculturels et économiques. In Algeria, the policy in terms of tourism development has remained out of step with neighboring countries due to neglect of this domain and an economy dependent on hydrocarbon revenues (Oil and gas). The search for solutions to consolidate tourism and its strategy is a crucial subject for the development of the country. The development of tourism is concretized in particular by the creation of tourist infrastructures providing an atmosphere of relaxation and leisure. Thus, a theoretical and analytical approach has been deployed to produce a programmed that can serve as an urban project. The present thesis is the result of a study with conceptual objectives of an urban project aiming to demonstrate whether the design of a tourist village in the city of Bejaia within the site of "Thala n'Tziwin" can encourage tourist development and a change of scenery for the residents of the site. Our challenge will therefore be to adapt our design to the urban context using a concept of organic aim and this with the in a purpose of presenting a new form of tourist village, a unique form, which distinguishes itself by its location, its symbolism and its design integrating to the site, while respecting an assumption of inspiration of the traditional Kabyle village, in harmony with the traditions of the latter, by transcribing it in the design of our project. This can represent an asset in the conservation and rooting of the local cultural DNA. The finality of this study will lead us to conclusions and recommendations to reconsider our theoretical and practical position taking into account the challenges of modernity and integrating it into our conception of a tourism that blends with heritage in socio-cultural and economic stakes
