dc.description.abstract |
Despite the acceleration of technology especially in the industrial field, rotating machines still
hold their position and their weight in the facilities. Then we need to develop and improve the
functionality and the ability to predict the defects before causing unscheduled breakdowns on
our machine which is synonym of loss of productivity. In this work we propose, in the field of
predictive maintenance, a methodology for vibration analysis, of some equipment’s including
(default on the bearings, default on the gearing, and default on the stator….); this is what will
help us to accurately determine problems.
The results were clear and effective which will allow us, in future, to observe the state of the
equipment, to develop professional skills, to save time and make the most profitable production
units. |
