Dr. Tayeb IDOUI is a full Professor in Biotechnology and Food Sciences at the department of Applied Microbiology and Food Sciences, Faculty of Natural and Life Sciences, University of Jijel, Algeria. He is a member of the research group on indigenous lactic acid bacteria: Lactic Group Oran, Algeria, a head of the research topic on probiotic bacteria and applications: Laboratory of Biotechnology, Environment and Health, University of Jijel, Algeria, Founding member of World’s Poultry Science Association (Algerian Branch), member of the Algerian Society of Microbiology. He is member of several research projects, namely the Algerian-Tunisian project (ref: PRD/TN/DZ/21/12) on application of encapsulated probiotics in poultry feed.
