Elaboration du GEMMA et des programmes d' automatisation d'une centrifugeuse B1750 au sein du complexe agro-alimentaire Cevital de Bejaia.

Abstract

L’évolution de l’automatisme a eu un impact majeur sur le secteur industriel car elle joue un rôle très important dans le but d’accroître la productivité et simplifier le travail de l’être humain. Pour atteindre l’objectif de notre projet au sein du complexe agro-alimentaire CEVITAL, nous avons commencé par prendre connaissance de l’installation, qui est un système de centrifugation de sucre roux. A partir d’une large documentation, nous avons rassemblé des informations sur les éléments là constituant, et analysé son fonctionnement pour établir le programme de la turbine ainsi que son plan GEMMA, à cet effet nous avons utilisé Simatic Step7, WinCC flexible Runtime et AUTOMGEN, comme ressources logicielles. The evolution of automation has had a major impact on the industrial sector because it plays a very important role in order to increase productivity and simplify the work of the human being. To achieve the objective of our project within the agro-food complex CEVITAL, we began by getting acquainted with the installation, which is a system of centrifugation of brown sugar. From a large documentation, we gathered information on the elements that constitute it, and analyzed its functioning to establish the program of the turbine as well as its plan GEMMA, for this purpose we used Simatic Step7, WinCC flexible Runtime and AUTOMGEN, as software resources.
