Requalification du Lac de Mézaia à Bejaia

Abstract

Le présent travail traite de la requalification du lac urbain de Mezaia, situé en plein centre ville, il représente avec le lac de Tamelath l’un des rares lacs localisés en milieu urbain, ainsi l’approche suivie à donner lieux à la projection d’un espace vert public urbain, traduit en un parc événementiel, ludique avec une pointe de nature. Cette revalorisation si nécessaire à ce lac, qui se trouve aujourd’hui dans un état de dégradation avancée, mais surtout ! Invisible aux yeux des Bougiotes par le manque d’engouement qu’il suscite, se veut en relation direct avec son appropriation qui ne peut aller que de paire avec son attractivité. La complexité de cette recherche résidait dans la corrélation entre les trois concepts adoptés : à savoir; le lac étant le sujet d’étude, son appropriation et l’attractivité qu’il doit susciter. Dans cette recherche, nous estimons avoir pu aboutir à une relation entre ces trois concepts qui nous a permis de définir une démarche urbanistique, sociale et environnementale pour résoudre les problèmes auxquels se heurte le lac de Mézaia aujourd’hui. The présent work deals with the requalification of the urban lake of Mezaia, located in full city center, it represents with the lake of Tamelath one of the rare lakes located in urban environment, thus the followed approach to give places to the projection of a public urban green space, translated in a park event, ludic with a point of nature. This revalorization so necessary to this lake, which is today in a state of advanced degradation, but especially! Invisible in the eyes of the Bougiotes by the lack of enthusiasm which it causes, wants in direct relation with its appropriation which can go only of pair with its attractiveness. The complexity of this research resided in the correlation between the three adopted concepts: namely; the lake being the subject of study, its appropriation and the attractiveness which it must cause. In this research, we estimate to have been able to lead to a relation between these three concepts which allowed us to define an urbanistic, social and environmental step to solve the problems to which the lake of Mézaia is confronted today.
