L’Ecoquartier au prisme de design urbain Projet architectural Unité d’habitation écologique

Abstract

Ce mémoire projet de master vise à créer un modèle d’un écoquartier sur une assiette foncière occupé actuellement par des bidonvilles, au cœur d’un quartier stratégique « Lekhmis », qui joue un rôle de transition entre le noyau historique de la wilaya de Béjaia et la nouvelle extension urbaine de la ville. Cette réflexion s’articule sur la coordination entre les concepts de design urbain et ceux de développement durable et de l’écologie, tous en améliorant le paysage urbain existant par l’outil de la composition urbaine. Ces concepts ont pour but de réaliser un quartier durable, harmonieux et moderne. Une partie de l’écoquartier a pris le sujet d’un projet architectural ; unité d’habitation écologique qui sera l’opportunité d’appliquer les nouveaux procédés de constructions durables à l’échelle de bâtiment. Il nous a permis une réflexion sur l’intégration des concepts de développement durable ainsi que ceux de l’écologie dans le processus de la conception architecturale. This master thesis project aims to create a model of eco-neighborhood on a land base currently occupied by urban slums, in the center of a strategic district "Lekhmis" which is the transition between the historic town center of Bejaia and the new urban extension of this city. This reflection is based on a coordinated approach between urban design concept and those of sustainable development and ecology, all by improving the current urban landscape through the tool of urban composition. The purpose of these concepts is to achieve a sustainable, harmonious and modern neighborhood. Part of the eco-district has taken the subject of an architectural project; an ecological housing unit, which will be the opportunity to apply new sustainable construction processes at building level. It allowed us to reflect on the integration of sustainable development concepts as well as those of ecology in the architectural design process
