Rénovation du quartier bois sacré à Bejaia école primaire

Abstract

Actuellement revaloriser les centres urbains anciens est au cœur des politiques de renouvellement urbain, une tendance découlant de l’importance d’héritage urbain pouvant constituer une richesse réelle pour la ville, la vie économique à savoir que l’industrie touristique se repose beaucoup sur le tourisme urbain incluant fortement les quartiers patrimoniaux, notamment avec la mise en œuvre des interventions urbaine telle que la rénovation, régénération et renouvellement d’envergures supposées améliorer l’image à ces espaces. A travers l'exemple de notre étude, le quartier « bois sacré », ce mémoire propose une étude principalement axée sur la rénovation d’un quartier historique en se basant sur l’approche sensorielle stipulant les concepts de Bentley, nous visant à favoriser le caractère culturel et historique du lieu, la continuité, la perméabilité, l’attractivité, le confort, la sécurité, l’accessibilité, la mixité et cohésion sociale. Ce projet de rénovation débouchera à terme sur un projet architectural intégré dans notre quartier d’intervention. Currently revaluing old urban centers is at the heart of urban renewal policies, a trend stemming from the importance of urban heritage that can constitute real wealth for the city, economic life, namely that the tourist industry relies heavily on urban tourism, which strongly includes heritage districts, particularly with the implementation of urban interventions such as the renovation, regeneration and renewal of spans supposed to improve the image of these spaces. Through the example of our study, the “sacred wood” district, this thesis proposes a study mainly focused on the renovation of a historic district based on the sensory approach stipulating the concepts of Bentley, aiming to promote the cultural and historical character of the place, continuity, permeability, attractiveness, comfort, safety, accessibility, diversity and social cohesion. This renovation project will eventually lead to an integrated architectural project in our area of intervention
