Habitat participatif comme alternative pour le relogement des habitants des bidonvilles Projet de relogement des habitants de bidonville Azzibs Melah à Takrietz

Abstract

Notre travail de recherche consiste à trouver un type d'habitat le plus adapté aux habitants d'un bidonville appelé Azzibs Mellah située à Takreitz, BEJAIA, par l’expérimentation de l’approche participative. Les habitants de ce bidonville ont la particularité de privilégie leurs relations sociales plus que le logement lui-même. Nous nous sommes intéressé dans ce travail à l'impact de la participation de la citoyenne en amont, de tout projet d’habitat. Notre travail est basé sur une recherche thématique sur ce sujet, une analyse d’exemples et une enquête par questionnaire visant à connaitre le contexte socio-spatial de bidon ville Azzibs mellah et les besoins de ces habitants Our research work consists in finding a type of habitat most suitable for the inhabitants of a slum called Azzibs Mellah located in Takraitz BEJAIA, by experimenting with the participatory approach. The inhabitants of this slum have the particularity of favouring their social relations more than housing itself. In this work, we are interested in the impact of the citizen’s involvement upstream of any housing project. Our work is based on a thematic research on this subject, an analysis of examples and a questionnaire survey aimed at knowing the socio-spatial context of Azzibs mellah city and the needs of these inhabitants.
