dc.description.abstract | Our research has allowed us to emerge with a set of characteristics that relate to entrepreneurship in Algeria, As for our entrepreneurs we have noticed that they are motivated young graduates ready to go ahead and do their best to achieve their goals. Our investigation allowed us to know the mode of operation of start-ups in Algeria, and unveiled the hidden part behind these new structures, the obstacles that entrepreneurs practically face in showing us the lack of support from different aid schemes whether private or state, and also the impact of social networks on the development and sociability of start- ups. In the same vein, we have addressed some interesting themes such as the reality of incubation in Algeria and its operation on the ground, we also propose to carry out an in-depth sociological study on support mechanisms and launch of new start-up companies | en_US |
