Etude et supervision par IHM d'un palettiseur sur la ligne de production d'huile Format 5 litres au niveau de CEVITAL

Abstract

Ce mémoire explore l'étude et la supervision par interface homme-machine (IHM) d'un palettiseur sur la ligne de production d'huile de 5 litres chez CEVITAL. À travers un stage pratique, nous avons examiné les processus de production, abordé les défis de l'automatisation et réalisé une programmation sur TIA Portal. La modélisation avec des GRAFCET a été utilisée pour structurer les opérations du palettiseur conformément à un cahier des charges précis. Ce travail souligne l'importance de l'optimisation des processus et les compétences acquises lors de cette expérience professionnelle This thesis explores the study and supervision through the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) of a palletizer on the 5-liter oil production line at CEVITAL. Through a practical internship, we examined the production processes, addressed the challenges of automation, and carried out programming using TIA Portal. Modeling with GRAFCET was utilized to structure the palletizer's operations in accordance with a specific specifications document. This work highlights the importance of process optimization and the skills acquired during this professional experience.
