Segmentation d’images mammographies

Abstract

L'imagerie médicale joue un rôle important dans le dépistage de cancer. Dans ce travail on s'intéresse au cancer du sein en étudiant les images mammographies. Deux algorithmes de segmentation de masse sont développés sur les images mammographies, l'un est basé sur l'analyse de région(LPE) et l'autre s'appuie sur les contour(contour actif). Ces techniques de segmentation dé- tectent automatiquement une masse à partir d'une image mammographie.Medical imaging plays an important role in cancer screening. In this work we are interested in breast cancer by studying mammography images. Two mass segmentation algorithms are developed on the mammography images, one based on the region analysis (LPE) and the other based on the contour (active contour). These segmentation techniques automatically detect a mass from a mammography image.
