The english needed by the administrative staff at the port of Bejaia Algeria : case study : the administration staff of Bejaia mediterranean terminal (BMT) at the port of Bejaia

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the needs in English of the administration staff of Bejaia Mediterranean Terminal (BMT) of the port of Bejaia, and find what kind of English that they need to use most at the port. The data collection instruments used for the study are: the questionnaire administered for the administration staff of BMT and an interview conducted with two responsible the first with staff manager the second with human resources manager. The analysis of the collected data revealed that the majority of the respondents face the same difficulties in using English
