Conception et réalisation d’une application de suivi et gestion des dossiers patients, avec interface pour mobile Cas : d’étude établissement publique de santé de proximité (Seddouk)

Abstract

Ce m´emoire de fin de cycle pr´esente la conception et la r´ealisation d’une application mobile ” Android ” et une application Windows pour le suivi m´edical des dossiers patients. Le syst`eme de sant´e Alg´erien a plus que besoin d’informatiser les dossiers m´edicaux des patients. Pour atteindre cet objectif, il nous a ´et´e propos´e de concevoir et de r´ealiser une application informatique assurant la gestion et le suivi de l’´etat de sant´e des patients qui vont permettre une meilleure circulation de l’information m´edicale entre les acteurs qui interviennent sur un patient. Pour ce faire, nous avons choisi de mod´eliser notre syst`eme avec le formalisme UML. Notre choix s’est port´e par rapport `a sa simplicit´e et sa performance en mati`ere de conception. La r´ealisation a ´et´e faite par l’AGL WinDev 18 et WinDev mobile 18 qui incluent tous les outils n´ecessaires pour la r´ealisation d’une application. Abstract This dissertation studies presents the design and implementation of a mobile application ”Android” and a Windows application for the medical monitoring of patient records. The Algerian health system need to computerize patient medical records. To achieve this goal, it was o↵ered to design and implement software to ensure the management and monitoring of patients’ health status that will allow a better flow of medical information between the involved actors in a patient supervising. To according this, we chose to model our system with the UML formalism. Our choice was made according to it’s simplicity and performance. To achieve our applications. The achievement was made by WinDev WinDev Mobile 18 and 18 that include all the tools necessary for the implementation of an application.
