Automatisation et supervision d’un réseau hydraulique au sein du complexe EATIT Bejaia

Abstract

Ce travail consiste l’automatisation d’une installation hydraulique de distribution d’eau et la création d’une plateforme de supervision. A cet effet, on a exploité le logiciel Step7 pour la simulation du programme d’automatisation et le logiciel WinCC flexible pour la supervision, le développement de ces programmes est passé par plusieurs étapes, l’étude de l’installation et l’identification des équipements, l’élaboration d’un cahier des charges correspond ou fonctionnement du réseau de distribution qui nous a permis de créer un modèle de Grafcet dans le logiciel Step7 et de traduire se dernier en Ladder. En fin, la représentation des déférents éléments du réseau et la programmation du pupitre de commande dans l’environnement SCADA. This work consists of the automation of a hydraulic water distribution and the creation of supervision platform. For this purpose, the step7 software was used for the simulation of the automation program and the WinCC flexible software for supervision., the devolpement of these programs went through several stages, the study of the installation and the identification of the equipment, the development of corresponding specification or the functioning of the distribution network which allowed us to create a Grafcet model in the step7 software and transformed the latter in to ladder. Finally, the representation of the various element of the network and the programing of the control panel in the SCADA environment.
