Abstract:
Cette étude a pour objectif de déterminer et comparer par rapport aux normes la qualité de deux
aliments de poulet de chair en différentes phases de croissance commercialisés au niveau de la wilaya
de Bejaia.
Les différentes analyses physico-chimiques réalisées sur les deux échantillons nous ont permet de
constater que les teneurs en certains éléments ne sont pas conformes aux normes, cela peut être relié
à la matière première utilisée dans la formulation de ces deux aliments. Toutefois, les deux aliments
étudiés répondent aux besoins du poulet de chair, et permettent d’avoir des bonnes moyennes de
croissance, comme ils permettent d’obtenir des poulets sains avec une bonne qualité qui répond aux
exigences du marché et des éleveurs.
The aim of this study is to determine and compare against standards the quality of two chicken feed
in different stages of growth marketed in the wilaya of Bejaia.
The different physicochemical analyzes carried out on the two samples allows us to see that the levels
of certain elements do not comply with the standards, this can be linked to the raw material used in
the formulation of these foods. However, the two foods studied meet the needs of chickens, and allow
good growth averages, as they allow to obtain healthy chickens with good quality that meets the
requirements of the market and ranchers.
