Abstract:
L’objectif de ce travail,est focalisé sur l’évaluation financière d’entreprise, pour cela nous
avons utilisé la méthode de l’analyse financière qui est un outil de gestion est surtout
d’aide aux prises de décisions stratégiques. En effet, nous avons essayé de mener une
étude des bilans financières et les indicateurs de l’équilibre financier (FRN, BFR, TN)
et la méthode des ratios à travers deux exercices 2017 et 2018 au sein de la société
Sonatrach (NAFTEC, Spa). Afin de trouver les éléments de réponse à la problématique,
qui porte sur le rôle de l’analyse financière dans l’évaluation d’entreprise.
The aim of this work, is focused on the financial assessment of a company, for this we
used the method of financial analysis which is a management tool and above all to help
with strategic decision-making. Indeed, we tried to conduct a study of financial balance
sheets and indicators of financial balance (FRN, BFR, TN) and the ratio method through
two financial years 2017 and 2018 within the company Sonatrach (NAFTEC, Spa). In
order to find the elements of answer to the problem, which relates to the role of financial
analysis in the valuation of companies
