L'intégration des méthodes d'évaluation des Batiments durables pour une meilleure concéption des éspaces sanitaires Projet Polyclinique sanitaire publique

Abstract

Le développement durable a toujours été une notion et un concept incontournable dans l’architecture contemporaine, Depuis longtemps, L’architecture durable présente des notions des conforts très pertinents, c’est pourquoi dans cette recherche nous allons essayer de faire une présentation aux méthodes d’évaluation des bâtiments durables et leurs intégrations dans les espaces sanitaires. Après cette crise du COVID 19 beaucoup de réformes sont à entreprendre dans nos structures sanitaires et afin d’avoir des infrastructures durables nous allons proposer un projet à base d’une démarche environnementale et qui respecte la notion de la durabilité mais surtout assuré une très bonne performance. Durant cette année avec la coloration de l’Architecture, technologie et environnement nous avons capté des connaissances et compétences qui nous permettre à concevoir des projets durables et écologiques à base de plusieurs indicateurs et vérificateurs qui assure une conception bioclimatique. Le présent travail c’est la conception d’une polyclinique bioclimatique à base d’une méthode d’évaluation des bâtiments durables dans la commune d’Amizour , wilaya de Bejaia – Algérie tout en respectant les orientations bioclimatiques et écologiques , à la fin une simulation sera effectuer pour une meilleure vérification de la faisabilité et l’utilité de la conception avec des MEBD et assuré et confirmer notre thème de recherche « Intégration des méthodes d’évaluation des bâtiments durables dans les espacessanitaires Sustainable development has always been a notion and an essential concept in contemporary architecture, For a long time, Sustainable architecture presents concepts of very relevant comforts, which is why in this research we will try to make a presentation to the methods of '' assessment of sustainable buildings and their integration into sanitary spaces. After this COVID 19 crisis, many reforms are to be undertaken in our health structures and in order to have sustainable infrastructures we will propose a project based on an environmental approach and which respects the notion of sustainability but above all ensures a very good performance. During this year with the coloring of Architecture, technology and environment we have captured knowledge and skills that allow us to design sustainable and ecological projects based on several indicators and verifiers that ensure a bioclimatic design. The present work is the design of a bioclimatic polyclinic based on a method of evaluating sustainable buildings in the municipality of Amizour, wilaya of Bejaia - Algeria while respecting the bioclimatic and ecological orientations, at the end of a simulation will be carried out for a better verification of the feasibility and usefulness of the design with MEBD and ensured and confirm our research theme “Integration of evaluation methods for sustainable buildings in sanitary spaces”.
