Interventions urbatecturales dans les friches industrielles conception d'un écoquartier dans la friche industrielle de Bejaia

Abstract

Dans cette étude, nous avons abordés certains concepts qui nous permettent de comprendre les paramètres relatifs à la conception d'un éco-quartier en vue de répondre à la problématique qui consiste à faire loger la population dans les meilleures conditions possibles sans avoir une influence négative sur l'environnement, et de contribuer à créer des habitudes positives au profil de notre société qui fait appel au respect de l'environnement naturel. Notre cas étude porte sur la réalisation d'un quartier écologique au niveau de la zone industrielle de Bejaia qui présente un endroit optimal par ses qualités naturelles et urbaines à partir desquelles on pourrait créer un quartier durable. Grâce à une méthodologie de recherche constituée d’une analyse urbaine et de deux questionnaires on a mis en évidence les manques et les insuffisances de partie de la ville. Et ceci afin de les prévoir dans un programme d'un projet de quartier durable qui répondra à au maximum des besoins des habitants. In this study, we addressed some of the concepts that allow us to understand the parameters related to the design of an eco-neighborhood,or an eco-district, in order to respond to the problem of the capacity of houses to host its occupants in the best possible conditions without having a negative influence on the environment; and contributing to inlay positive habits, that calls for the respect of the environment, in our society. Our case study consists on the realization of an ecological district on the site of the industrial zone of Bejaia, which presents an optimal place for its natural and urban qualities from which one could create this type of a district. Thanks to a research methodology consisting of an urban analysis and two questionnaires we have highlighted the shortcomings and deficiencies of part of the city. And this in order to foresee them in a program of an ecological neighborhood project that will respond to the maximum needs of the occupants.
