Abstract

Les friches urbaines constituent un important potentiel de développement, leur récupération pour la construction de nouveaux projets urbains s'inscrit pleinement dans l'objectif de densification des villes par la création de nouveaux quartier, qui offrent sans conteste un certain potentiel de durabilité en matière de développement urbain et constituent une opportunité appropriée pour lutter contre l'étalement urbain et ses effets nocifs. La durabilité d’un quartier commence par une conception durable et saine de son habitat, étant une unité constitutifs de la ville, l’habitat aujourd’hui joue un rôle important dans la fabrication de la ville.
