Etude comparative entre le minerai d'Amesmassa et le minerai d'Ain Guezzam

Abstract

L’usine d’Amesmassa reçoit des minerais des différents filons de la mine pour extraire l’Or par cyanuration, puis le récupéré par adsorption en utilisant le charbon actif puis l’enrichir pour obtenir un lingot d’Or. Récemment l’entreprise ENOR reçoit aussi des dépôts de minerais des micro-entreprises qui sont responsables de l’exploitation artisanale des indices d’Or de plusieurs sites au niveau du Hoggar pour la récupération et l’enrichissement de l’Or qui se trouve sur ses sites. Le procédé suivit par la mine est la dissolution de l’or pour le récupérer par le charbon actif. Dans le cadre de notre travail nous avons pris deux minerais de deux régions différentes à étudier, après échantillonnage, caractérisation et analyse, il s’avére que le minerai du site de Ain Guezzam est un minerai pauvre en teneur en Or par rapport à celui d’Amesmassa vu leurs teneurs initiales et la composition minéralogique différente. The Amesmassa plant receives ores from the different veins of the mine to extract the gold by cyanidation, then recover it by adsorption using activated carbon and then enrich it to obtain a gold ingot. Recently ENOR has also been receiving ore deposits from micro-enterprises responsible for artisanal gold mining at several sites in the Hoggar for the recovery and beneficiation of the gold found at these sites. The process followed by the mine is the dissolution of the gold to recover it by activated carbon. In the framework of our work we took two ores from two different regions to study, after sampling, characterization and analysis, it turns out that the ore from the site of Ain Guezzam is an ore poor in gold content compared to that of Amesmassa given their initial grades and the different mineralogical composition.
