Vers la non standardisation de l’habitat collectif à Ighzer Ouzarif

Abstract

Le sujet de ce mémoire porte sur l’analyse de phénomène de standardisation ; de normalisation dans la production des habitats collectifs, qui a un impact sur la perte d’identité et la dégradation du paysage urbain de nos villes. Il inclut également une étude des différentes architectures innovantes qui s’opposent à ce phénomène, en examinant leurs concepts novateurs qui ont permis de développer une approche d’architecture non standardisée. L’objectif est de proposer une réflexion visant à améliorer et à concevoir un habitat collectif non standardisé, d’une qualité architecturale, afin de créer des espaces adaptés, de sublimes paysages urbains et d’améliorer la qualité de vie des habitants. The subject of this dissertation focuses on the analysis of the standardization and normalization phenomena in the production of collective habitats, which have an impact on the loss of identity and the degradation of the urban landscape of our cities. It also includes a study of various innovative architectures that oppose this phenomenon, by examining their innovative concepts that have allowed for the development of a non-standardized architectural approach. The objective is to propose a reflection aimed at improving and designing a nonstandardized collective habitat with architectural quality, in order to create adapted spaces, sublime urban landscapes, and improve the quality of life of residents
