Abstract:
Ce mémoire porte sur l'étude technique et hydrologique du projet de barrage de Chebabta situé
dans la wilaya d'Oum El Bouaghi, en Algérie. Il vise à réguler les crues de l'oued Meskiana,
fournir de l'eau potable et industrielle, et soutenir l'irrigation agricole. Le projet comprend une
analyse géologique et géotechnique approfondie, une étude hydrologique détaillée pour estimer
les débits de crue et le transport solide, et une évaluation des options techniques et économiques
pour la construction du barrage. Le mémoire est structuré en chapitres successifs abordant les
conditions géologiques, hydrologiques, la régularisation des apports et le laminage des crues,
ainsi que les options techniques et économiques pour la réalisation du barrage.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the technical and hydrological feasibility study of the Chebabta dam
project located in the Oum El Bouaghi region, Algeria. It aims to regulate floods of the
Meskiana river, provide potable and industrial water, and support agricultural irrigation. The
project includes an in-depth geological and geotechnical analysis, a detailed hydrological study
to estimate flood flows and sediment transport, and an evaluation of technical and economic
options for the dam's construction. The thesis is structured in successive chapters addressing
geological conditions, hydrological characteristics, flow regulation and flood attenuation, as
well as technical and economic options for the dam's realization.
