Conception, Réalisation Et Optimisation Du Procédé De Fabrication D’un Plateau Pour Tricycle Utilitaire De Chez VMS INDUSTRIE

Abstract

Notre travail vise à résoudre divers problèmes au sein de l'entreprise VMS Industrie, en commençant par l'amélioration de la résistance du plateau et l'optimisation du procédé de fabrication pour minimiser les pertes de matériau et optimiser le temps de production. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, nous avons réalisé une simulation numérique pour étudier le comportement mécanique du plateau, ainsi qu'une analyse de la composition chimique de l'acier utilisé, et des tests de traction. Ces analyses nous ont permis de comprendre les facteurs qui affectent la résistance du plateau et d'identifier des améliorations potentielles pour optimiser le procédé de fabrication. Our work aims to solve various problems within the company VMS Industrie, starting with the improvement of the resistance of the plate and the optimization of the manufacturing process to minimize the loss of material and optimize the production time. To achieve these objectives, we carried out a numerical simulation to study the mechanical behavior of the plate, as well as an analysis of the chemical composition of the steel used, and tensile tests. These analyzes allowed us to understand the factors that affect the strength of the tray and to identify potential improvements to optimize the manufacturing process.
