Etude d'un bâtiment R+5 avec 2 entre-sols en béton armé à usage d'habitation contreventé par un système constitué par des voiles

Abstract

Ce projet consiste a concevoir et a etudier un batiment (RDC+5 avec 2 entre-sols) en beton arme, a usage d fhabitation, sis a la wilaya de Bejaia, cette region est classee dans la zone de sismicite eleve (zone ‡Y). La resistance de la structure aux charges horizontales et verticales est assuree par un systeme de contreventement constitue par des voiles. Le dimensionnement et le calcul du ferraillage de tous les elements de la structure ont ete realises conformement aux reglementations algeriennes en vigueur (RPA2024, CBA93, BAEL). L'etude sismique a ete realisee a l'aide du logiciel ETABS version 16.2.0, basee sur la methode des elements finis This project involves the design and study of a reinforced concrete building (ground floor + 5 with 2basement levels) for residential use, located in the province of Bejaia, a region classified as a high seismicity zone (zone ‡Y). The structure's resistance to horizontal and vertical loads is ensured by a bracing system consisting of walls. The sizing and calculation of the reinforcement of all structural elements were carried out in accordance with current Algerian regulations (RPA2024, CBA93, BAEL). The seismic study was carried out using ETABS software version 16.2.0, based on the finite element method
