Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage multiple constitué un rez de chaussée plus 7 étages, implanté dans la ville de Bejaia au lieu dis « sidi boudrahèm ». Cette région est classée en zone sismique II-a selon le RPA99 version 2003. Le contreventement de l’ouvrage est assuré par de portiques (poteaux et poutres) et des voiles. L’étude et l’analyse de ce projet a été établie par le logiciel ETABS V.16. Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants s’est effectué conformément aux règles en vigueur à savoir (BAEL91 modifié 99, RPA99 version 2003). Les éléments principaux ont été correctement dimensionnés et bien armé, tout en tenant compte des efforts obtenus par le logiciel de calcul (Etabs 2016) ainsi que le ferraillage minimum édicté par le RPA 99/2003. La fondation du bâtiment est composée d’une semelle filante. Enfin, nous avons prévu un voile périphérique afin de supporter l’action des poussées des terres. This project presents a detailed study of a multi-use building consisting of a basement, a ground floor plus 7 floors, located in the city of Bejaia at the place called "sidi boudrahem". This region is classified in seismic zone II-a according to RPA99 version 2003. The bracing of the structure is ensured by portals (posts and beams) and walls. The study and analysis of this project was established by the ETABS V.16 software. The calculation of the dimensions and reinforcement of all the resistant elements was carried out in accordance with the rules in force, namely (BAEL91 modified 99, RPA99 version 2003). The main elements were correctly dimensioned and well reinforced, while taking into account the forces obtained by the calculation software (Etabs 2016) as well as the minimum reinforcement stipulated by RPA 99/2003. The foundation of the building is composed of a strip footing. Finally, we provided a peripheral wall to withstand the action of earth thrusts.
