Etude D'un Bâtiment(R+7+3Entre-Sol) En Béton Armé A Usage Habitation Et Bureaux

Abstract

Le but de ce travail est l’étude d’une structure en béton armé, constituée de R+7 avec 3 entre sol, implantée à la wilaya de Bejaia qui est classée comme une zone de moyenne de sismicité. La conception a été faite selon les règlements de construction en vigueur en Algérie (RPA99/2003, CBA93, BAEL91), la résistance du bâtiment est assurée par un système de contreventement mixte (portiques et voiles). L’étude dynamique a été faite à l’aide du logiciel SAP2000 V14.2.2. The purpose of this work is to study a reinforced concrete structure consisting of a ground floor plus seven stories (R+7) and three mezzanine levels, located in the wilaya of Bejaia, which is classified as a moderate seismic zone. The design was carried out according to the construction regulations in force in Algeria (RPA99/2003, CBA93, BAEL91). The building’s resistance is ensured by a mixed bracing system composed of frames and shear walls. The dynamic analysis was performed using the software SAP2000 V14.2.2
