La réhabilitation énergétique des bâtiments anciens au milieu urbain

Abstract

Ce mémoire traite de la réhabilitation énergétique du patrimoine bâti, en conciliant préservation architecturale et l’efficacité thermique. Il cerne les enjeux culturels, environnementaux et techniques liés à cette démarche. L’analyse théorique et l’étude du Conservatoire musical de Bejaïa montrent qu’il est possible d’améliorer le confort et de réduire la consommation énergétique sans altérer l’identité patrimoniale. Des solutions adaptées sont proposées pour atteindre cet équilibre. Ce mémoire souligne ainsi le rôle clé du secteur du bâtiment dans la transition énergétique. Il plaide pour une approche durable et respectueuse du patrimoine. This thesis addresses the energy rehabilitation of built heritage, combining architectural preservation and thermal efficiency. It identifies the cultural, environmental, and technical challenges associated with this approach. The theoretical analysis and study of the Bejaia Music Conservatory show that it is possible to improve comfort and reduce energy consumption without altering the heritage identity. Appropriate solutions are proposed to achieve this balance. This thesis thus highlights the key role of the building sector in the energy transition. It advocates for a sustainable approach that respects heritage.
