Ce mémoire explore la structure des systèmes pneumatiques et hydrauliques appliqués au remplissage de bouteilles de gaz, en mettant l'accent sur leur fonctionnement, leurs composants, et leurs avantages. Il inclut une étude détaillée du dimensionnement d'un vérin hydraulique pour une table élévatrice, ainsi qu'une application pratique au centre emplisseur de Naftal Béjaïa, où les étapes du processus industriel sont analysées. La modélisation logique via GRAFCET et l'introduction à la programmation avec STEP7 complètent l'étude, offrant une vision globale des technologies utilisées dans l'automatisation industrielle
This thesis explores the structure of pneumatic and hydraulic systems applied to gas bottle filling, with a focus on their operation, components, and advantages. It includes a detailed study on the sizing of a hydraulic cylinder for a lifting table, as well as a practical application at the Naftal Béjaïa filling center, where the steps of the industrial process are analyzed. Logical modeling using GRAFCET and an introduction to programming with STEP7 complete the study, providing a comprehensive overview of the technologies used in industrial automation.
