Abstract:
L’automatisation joue un rôle clé dans l’industrie en améliorant la productivité et la
fiabilité des processus. Ce projet consiste à moderniser une unité ancienne de refonte du sucre
liquide en mettant en place un système automatisé basé sur l’automate Siemens S7-1200. Des
schémas de fonctionnement ont été développés, ainsi qu’un programme via TIA Portal et une
interface opérateur avec WinCC. Les tests ont confirmé une meilleure stabilité et un contrôle
plus efficace du procédé.
Automation is a key element in industrial development, helping to improve productivity
and increase process reliability. This project aims to modernize an old liquid sugar remelting
