Abstract:
Ce mémoire vise à automatiser et à créer une plateforme de surveillance pour la station
d'épuration des eaux usées de l'unité de raffinerie d'huile du complexe agro-industriel
CEVITAL à Bejaia. Afin de parvenir à nos objectifs, nous avons d'abord réalisé une analyse
fonctionnelle approfondie de l'ensemble de la station d'épuration. Ils ont donc repéré les
divers éléments et éléments constitutifs de cette installation.
Ensuite, après l’élaboration du cahier des charges et l’étude d’automatisation, on a réalisé
l’implémentation sur l’automate (API) S7- 300 programmé par logiciel STEP7 de Siemens.
Une IHM a été réalisée à base de WINCC Explore, pour la supervision et le contrôle du
processus.
This memorandum aims to automate and create a monitoring platform for the wastewater
treatment plant of the oil refinery unit of the agro-industrial complex CEVITAL in Bejaia. In
order to our objectives, we first carried out a thorough functional analysis of the entire
treatment plant. They identified therefore the various elements and constituents of cette
facilité.
Next, after the development of the specifications and the study of automation, implementation
was carried out on the automatic (API) S7- 300 programmed by STEP7 software from
SIEMENS. An IHM has been developed based on WINCC Explore, for the supervision and
control of the process
