Abstract: Recently, Information and Communication Technology has a great influence on the learning/ teaching process. In this context, mobile technologies including, smartphones and tablets, have greatly emerged to be integrated as an innovative tool in education. Hence, the latter is developed to handle educational application and support students. motivation and foster the acquisition of their learning skills. Thus, the present study aims at investigating the impact of using mobile technology on improving EFL students. learning achievement, at the University of Bejaia. The population of this study consists of Master One EFL students of Linguistics enrolled in the department of English at Bejaia University. It consists of thirty two students, and seven teachers from the same department. In this study, it has been hypothesized that when students integrate mobile technology in their learning, they would be more motivated and achieve better in their education.
