Résolution d’un problème de planification de production cas de l’entreprise MORTERO SPA

Abstract

Dans ce mémoire on s’intéresse à la production de l’entreprise MORTERO SPA, nous nous interrogeons sur la planification hebdomadaire de la production, et la possibilité de réaliser une amélioration qui pourra diminuer les reptures de production tout en lancant un nombre minimal de produits dans la journée. Dans un premier temps on a élaboré un modèle mathématique qui maximise la production, puis on a fait en sorte d’éviter les temps de nettoyage. La solution obtenue, représente un planning de production qui maximise la production et permet d’éviter dans la mesure du possible les temps de nettoyage effectués après chaque changement de produit. In this work, we are interested in the production of the company, we wonder about the weekly planning of the production, and the possibility of carrying out an improvement which will be able to decrease the break in production, while launching a minimal number of products in the daytime. First, we developed a mathematical model that maximizes production, then we made sure to avoid cleaning times. The solution obtained represents a production schedule that maximizes production and avoids, as far as possible, cleaning times carried out after each product change.
