Production des eaux de process au niveau du complexe agroalimentaire Cevital

Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail consiste à faire un suivi des traitements physico-chimiques des eaux provenant de trois forages situés à Ibourassene (Bejaia) utilisées par le complexe agroalimentaire Cevital et de déterminer l’efficacité de la technique de filtration de l’osmose inverse dans la rétention ou l’élimination des sels minéraux. A la lumière des résultats obtenus, la station de traitement d’osmose inverse a un fonctionnement normal et efficace permettant d’obtenir une eau osmosée de bonne qualité grâce notamment au système de prétraitement, l’entretien et le nettoyage permanent des membranes d’osmoseur The objective of this work is to monitor the physicochemical treatment of water coming from three boreholes located in Ibourassene (Bejaia), used by the Cevital food complex and to determine the effectiveness of the reverse osmosis filtration technique in the retention or elimination of mineral salts. In the light of the results obtained, the reverse osmosis treatment station operates normally and efficiently, making it possible to obtain good quality osmosis water thanks in particular to the pre-treatment system, maintenance and permanent cleaning of the osmosis membranes.
