The Algerian Journal of electrical systems and sustainability (AJESS)is a peer-reviewed, biannual scientific journal that provides an open platform for disseminating high-quality research in electrical engineering, renewable energy, intelligent energy systems, and sustainable technologies. JESS addresses the growing global demand for smart, clean, and resilient energy solutions by encouraging innovative ideas and interdisciplinary research. We are delighted to share that several members of the AJESS Editorial Board have been recognized among the World’s Top 2% Scientists for 2025.

This distinction is based on the rankings released by Elsevier on September 19, 2025, which assess scientists worldwide using Scopus data. The evaluation considers multiple indicators, including citation counts, h-index, author and co-author contributions, as well as both annual and career-long research performance.
