My paper comes after a pleasant experience in teaching the Arabic Language for foreign students who do not speak Arabic, specifically in China and Taiwan, as I was a professor in a University of Beijing. This latter is considered as one of the most important Chinese University where many foreign languages are taught. I taught the Arabic language for students enrolled in Master degree Program, and for 3rd & 4th Year Undergraduate. My courses where about essays, short stories , poetry , articles, theater literature and the history of Arabic literature in graduate and doctoral programs. Besides, I taught oral expression for 3rd and 4th year undergraduate students. Later on, I moved to work in the National Chengchi University in Taïwan, Department of Arabic Language and Literature. In Taiwan, I was teaching Arabic for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th according to their courses. In my present research, I shed light on some difficulties faced by the students of these two universities in their studies of the imposed Arabic language curriculum. I also tried to address some of the problems some Arabic language professors had to deal with in Chinese universities
