The public rhetoric and probabilistic discourses analysis A study of methodological entries and working mechanisms

Abstract

Rhetoric in the Arab critical scene necessitates a distinction between two different perceptions. The old one, represented by Al-Sakaki and those who followed him with explanations and summaries, and the modern one represented by the modern Arab critical practice(MACP). This latter no longer considers rhetoric as a study of style according to the eloquence, badi and meanings science, but a general one that takes human potential discourses as a subject for study and analysis. Thus, this research was established to shed light on the adoption of terminological structure(TS) by the general Arabic rhetoric for analyzing texts and discourses; Whether it aims to achieve persuasion and influence (debate, political discourse…) or at achieving enjoyment (poetry, novel...).So, it is concluded that the research problem is mainly determined by the effectiveness of the (TS) of modern Arabic rhetoric in the analytical approach of literary texts.
