Abstract

This research aims to shed light on the Arabic language used in legal discourse during the pleadings inside the courtroom, by highlighting the importance of this discourse in society, as we tried to reveal the most important sociological phenomena present in the legal discourse, and the extent of their impact on the use of classical Arabic during the legal debate
