his project focuses on the Implementation of Combinatorial Auctions within a Dynamic
Web Application, leveraging key technologies such as MySQL, React, and Python for addressing the Winner Determination Problem. It addresses the universal human behavior
of price negotiation, highlighting the limitations of traditional auctions and the potential
of online combinatorial auctions.
Through comprehensive chapters, it delves into the core concepts of auction mechanisms, robust database management, intuitive frontend development, and the technical
implementation of dynamic bidding algorithms. This endeavor aims to bridge the gap
