The radio of Budapest and the proclamation of 1 November 1954.

Abstract

This study aims at examining the investigation or the dissemination of the First November, 1954 Proclamation broadcast by the Hungarian Radio of Budapest after Sawt El Arab (The Arab Voice) in Cairo, Egypt and the impact of this position on the French colonial administration, which doubted the efficiency of an international conspiracy and plot against France due to the fact that it occurred in the context of the Cold War between the two camps; the East and the West. In order to study this matter we deepened our bibliographical research .We have concluded a number of results that we can cite and mention down.

The justness or the rightfulness  of the  algerian cause ,the historical, geographical and cultural peculiarities ,the intensity of the dominion of Algeria - people  and soil since 1830- have stimulated the elites and organizations from different cultures, religions, and philosophies to engage fully in order to reflect the human presence as well as monitoring the leaders  and officials of the Algerian revolution regardless of the amount and the form of the solidarity  and assistance likely to be provided.
