Résumé

The aim of this article is to carry out a comparative study of the performance of Health, Safety and Environment Quality Management Systems on a sample of thirteen Algerian oil companies using the "case study" methodology. The main results of the study concluded on the one hand a positive proportional relationship between the maturity of QHSE systems and their performance; on the other hand, satisfactory performances in the areas of quality management and health and safety have been observed, but counter performances are however recorded in the area of environmental management in the majority of the oil companies studied
