Abstract:
Sonia et Yasmina Mehelleb, « Etude et analyse financière d’un crédit d’exploitation », stage réalisé au niveau de la Division des Entreprises et des Institutions Financières de Bank ABC à Béjaïa, mémoire de master, spécialité CCA, faculté SEGC, université Abderrahmane Mira Béjaïa.
Ce mémoire a pour objet l’étude d’un dossier de crédit d’exploitation soumis à la Bank ABC de Bejaïa. L’analyse financière de l’entreprise désirant le financement de son exploitation se fait sur la base de ses états financiers de 2017 et de 2018 avec un bilan provisoire de 2019 et une projection pour 2020.
L’analyse financière qui s’articule autour de la solvabilité et de la liquidité de l’entreprise est menée par l’approche globale (construction du bilan financier, calcul des indicateurs de l’équilibre [FR, BFR, TR] des SIG et de la CAF) et par l’approche relative, en l’occurrence les ratios.
Cette analyse est combinée à l’étude approfondie que réalise le banquier et ce, à des fins de comparaison car il effectue cette étude selon la méthode anglo-saxonne.
Ce travail nous a ainsi permis d’apprécier le dossier de crédit d’exploitation par ces deux méthodes et finalement de souligner leurs points communs ainsi que leurs divergences.
