Abstract:
Cette étude représente une clarification du passage du résultat comptable au résultat fiscal ainsi que la relation et la divergence qui existent entre les deux disciplines.
La comptabilité représente actuellement un instrument indispensable au service des utilisateurs de l'information comptable. Le nouveau système comptable financier qui a été inspiré des normes IAS/IFRS fixe de nouvelles règles et méthodes d'évaluation qui influencent le résultat comptable. Le résultat comptable est déterminé en application des règles comptables. Il apparait au passif du bilan et au compte du résultat, il représente la richesse que l'entreprise produit au cours d'un exercice.
La fiscalité se base sur la comptabilité pour déterminer le résultat fiscal et cela à partir d'un résultat comptable rectifié par des retraitements extra comptable qui consistent en la réintégration des charges qui ne sont pas déductibles du point de vue fiscal, et la déduction des produits non imposables. Donc la comptabilité et la fiscalité sont deux disciplines autonomes qui partagent les mêmes concepts mais répondent à des objectifs différents.
