Abstract:
L'analyse Financière est un ensemble de méthodes et d'outils qui peuvent développer des évaluations liées à la situation financière de l'entreprise pour des risques qui affectent le niveau et la qualité de leur performance pour facilité la prise de décision, qui sont différentes et n'impliquent pas les mêmes acteurs. L'analyse financière permet d'appréhender la situation de l'entreprise (activités, performances, structure financière), de l'expliquer, de faire des comparaisons, de mesurer la rentabilité de son capital investissement.
En se concentrant sur " l'analyse " du bilan, c'est le compte de résultat d'une part, d'autre part. Analyse des ratios, alors c'est une décision que vous prenez à propos de quelque chose. Par prise de décision, on entend le processus consistant à faire un choix parmi plusieurs alternatives.
L'objectif fondamental de l'analyse financière est de porter des jugements de valeur sur la situation financière de l'entreprise pour prendre les décisions nécessaires, notamment en évaluant l'équilibre financière de l'entreprise et en mesurant le capital d'investissement pour la performance commerciale, économique et financière.
