Abstract:
Le choix d'investissement est l'ensemble des études de faisabilité à travers l'analyse de la rentabilité économique et financière du projet. Cette analyse permet de garantir la certitude que l'excédent des recettes attendues sur les charges prévisibles sera suffisamment rémunérateur.
Pour décider de lancer ou non pas un projet, les entreprise se fondent sur les mérites stratégiques mais également sur des critères financiers objectifs, les principaux critères de choix d'investissement, la VAN qui mesure la création de valeur engendrée par l'investissement et le TRI qui donne le taux de rentabilité actuariel de l'investissement. La décision d'investissement doit se base uniquement sur les flux de trésorerie induits par l'investissement sous oublier de tenir comptes des coûts d'opportunités.
